Useful Links Collections plugin is bundled with files:

Installation

Unzip ulc.zip into "ulc" folder
Upload the "ulc" folder to the "/wp-content/plugins/" directory on your web server.
Click on the Plugins tab from your WordPress admin.
Find Useful Links Collections in the plugins list and click Activate.

Shortcodes

Shotcode composer

To build Shortcode in WP Admin Panel go to "ULC Links" => "ULC Shortcode";
Fill all field and press Publish
Again open "ULC Links" => "ULC Shortcode";
Find created shortcode and copy code in field "Shortcode"
Now you can find all shortcodes list for insert in Page, Post or Widget. Don't change shortcode id.

Shortcode Options

Name	Value	Description
id	Number	Must be unique value, example: 123
taxs	14;12;15; (term_id number)	Category to display. Please put only category id, separated by semicolon If category was removed don't forget to update this value in shortcode.
posts_per_page	10	Numeric value. Use "-1" to show all posts or number > than 1.
order_by	ID, author, title, type, date, menu_order, clicks, likes	More information WP_Query
order	'ASC' or 'DESC'	'ASC' - ascending order from lowest to highest values (a, b, c), 'DESC' - descending order from highest to lowest values (c, b, a).
cols	1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8	Items per column
layout_style	default, inverse, flat, minimal	Choose your style for layout
is_filter	on	Show filter above links, to hide filter just remove options or set value as off
is_initial_request	on	Make initial request to fetch all links on page load (depends on is_filter="on")
is_filter_button_all	on	Show button "All" (depends on is_filter="on")
is_search_bar	on	Show search bar. If post "Post per page" value equal -1, search bar will display
is_likes	on	Show likes heart in list.
is_clicks_count	on	Show clicks counter in list.
